1. About Prospera

Prospera LLC is an owner-first operations management company for short-term rentals in Dubai. Our office is at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE.

2. Our services and your agreement with us

This website gives general information about our services. It is not an offer or a contract. When an owner decides to work with us, the services, fees and responsibilities of both sides are set out in a separate written management agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the management agreement applies.

3. Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors. Short-term rental rules in Dubai, including DTCM rules, can change. Any rental assessment, income example or estimate is a guide only. It is not a promise of bookings, occupancy or income.

4. Booking enquiries

A booking enquiry sent through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when we, or the booking platform, confirm it to you in writing. Prices, availability and house rules are confirmed at that time.

5. Using this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • send false or misleading information through our forms;
  • try to access any part of the website or our systems that is not meant for the public;
  • upload viruses or harmful code, or disrupt the website in any way;
  • copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Reviews and other content you send us

When you send us a review, you confirm that it is honest and based on your own experience. You allow us to publish it, in full or in part, on our website and marketing channels, with the name you gave us. We may shorten a review or correct small errors without changing its meaning, and we may choose not to publish a review. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

All content on this website, including text, photos, videos, logos and design, belongs to Prospera or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission. The Prospera name and logo are our brand and may not be used without our permission.
