What does Prospera manage for owners?
We manage the full operation of your short-term rental: DTCM permit paperwork, listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Vrbo, guest communication and verification, check-ins, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, pricing and reporting.
How do you keep my property DTCM compliant?
We work strictly under DTCM rules, now managed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). The holiday home permit is issued in your name. We prepare the paperwork, track renewals, verify every guest and get the property ready for inspections.
How and when do I get paid?
Rental income goes to your own bank account after every booking. Our fee is one flat monthly amount, with no revenue share and no hidden percentages. You also get a monthly statement of account.
Who takes care of cleaning and maintenance?
We coordinate trusted cleaning companies, maintenance teams, contractors and suppliers, and follow up until each job is done. Regular checks and inspections keep your property ready for guests.
